"Perennials for Spring Seeding (no Stratification)"- These species do not require cold stratification (a treatment to mimic winter's cold) to germinate. You can seed these perennials in pots in spring and then transplant in mid-summer to fall, giving you plenty of time to prep your beds!

"Great for Direct Sowing (in Spring)"- These seeds do very well sown directly into the ground for super low key gardening!

"Annuals"- Unless you are in a very warm climate, this is the time of year when most annuals will germinate naturally as the soil warms. Seed in pots for best success unless in the direct sow collection!
